How does the free trial work?
You get full access for 5 days, no charge. You won't be billed until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from the billing page.
What does it cost after the trial?
The base plan is $75/month. The mobile crew app is an optional $50/month add-on, and the AI tools are an optional $30/month add-on. You only pay for what you turn on.
Can I use my own company branding?
Yes. Your logo, company name, license number, and contact details appear on your invoices, contracts, quotes, and the client portal — your customers see your brand, not ours.
How do my crew members log in?
They don't need accounts. Each crew member gets a private link to the mobile app where they clock in (with GPS), see their schedule, and upload photos and receipts. It works in English and Spanish on any phone.
Do my clients need an account to pay or sign?
No. Clients receive secure links to view and pay invoices, approve quotes, and e-sign contracts and change orders — no login required.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to Plan & billing inside your dashboard. You can add or remove the crew and AI add-ons, update your card, or cancel — changes take effect right away.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored in an encrypted database, scoped privately to your account, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never sell your data.
